<<9th October, 2018 – Hong Kong>> 1-Michelin-Starred ON Dining unveils The French Roast, a brand new Sunday Brunch menu that presents a fresh and extraordinary rendition of the classic Sunday roast tradition. Best enjoyed by groups, the new brunch menu by award-winning Chef Philippe Orrico is available on Sundays and priced at HK$428+10% per guest. With a stunning view that overlooks Central District with top to bottom windows letting in natural sunlight, there is no better restaurant in town to enjoy a leisurely brunch.
While the original Sunday roast remains a strong source of national pride for the British, Chef Philippe Orrico has transformed the brunch format into a delightfully and unabashedly French affair. Start with mouth-watering appetizers to share amongst the table, including Fresh Oysters, Foie Gras Crème Brulee, Truffled Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Prawns Persillade and more. Choose one from a whole range of roasted carving meats and fish for your main, including Whole Yellow Chicken*, Grilled Lamb Cutlets, Smoked “Black” Wagyu Flap (+HK$80), Whole Atlantic Sole* (+HK$60), Black Cod Teriyaki, and more. A pasta option of Squid Ink Linguini is also available and starred* mains are perfect for sharing among four people or more. Enjoy with a simple garnish of salad, frites, mash potatoes and various sauces.
Dessert is a buffet of ON Dining’s favorite sweets selections, including seasonal fruits, chocolate, candies and its renowned Cheese selection. During Sunday Brunch, guests will be treated to a special Happy Hour price of HK$50 per drink for a selection of cocktails, wines, beers and Bloody Mary’s.
