Looking for a passionate Supervisor with wine knowledge and upselling skills to provide warm service to guests.
Position:                     Supervisor
Reports to:                 Operations Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality floor service and interactive with guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Perform and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet
  • Good knowledge of menu and assist guest with wine selection and food recommendations
  • Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Supervise subordinates to provide and maintain high service standard to ensure guests to have pleasant dining experience

Requirements:

  • 1 year or above relevant experience as a Supervisor or above in upscale restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of Wines and upselling skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available a PLUS
