Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for handling daily operations of the bar including preparing a wide range of beverages from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks, taking orders and providing quality services to guests. In addition, he/she will maintain stock level, prepare equipment and monitor the cleanliness of the bar area.
