    Treat your significant other to a feast this Valentine’s Day. Michelin 1 Starred Tate Dining Room & Bar, Michelin 2 Starred French restaurant Ecriture and contemporary French restaurant Bibo will each offer a special romantic Valentine’s Day menu on February 14th 2019.  

    Chef Vicky Lau has designed a 9-part menu priced at HK$1,980+10% per guest with the option of wine pairing at an additional +HK$530 for three glasses, and +HK$880 for six glasses. Some notable courses include the Ode to Oyster with warm egg espuma, Oscietre Prestige caviar, fermented cabbage and fresh herbs, as well as the Ode to Kumquat, a warm sea scallop dish with aged kumquat Grenobloise-style sauce.

    Chef Maxime Gilbert has prepared an 8-course set menu featuring the season’s most luxurious delicacies, including Caviar and Uni Tart, A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef, Kinmedai fish, the much prized Otani San Amaou Strawberry and more. The menu is priced at HK2,888+10% per guest, and includes a toasting glass each of champagne Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2006 Rosé.

    Chef Nicholas Chew harnesses his four signature pillars of simplicity, agility, precision and composure to design a special menu that perfectly marries French flair with Japanese exactitude. Priced at HK$1,288+10% per person, the 5-course menu spans elegant seasonal creations such as the OYSTER FRIT with tomato, brioche and raspberry, CELERIAC with squid ink and lardo, WAGYU MAYURA and CACAO ‘TRIO’ with Japanese strawberries for a delectable sweet ending.
