• This summer, Gough’s on Gough unveils a series of new menus featuring fresh and seasonal produce from the British Isles

    Gough’s on Gough launches its first casual British bar bites menu on the ground floor Piranha Bar, a menu laden with simple yet delicious café-style dishes. Meanwhile, on the first floor, Executive Chef Cary Docherty introduces a new 3-course seasonal British dinner menu, based upon premium summer ingredients.

     

    Piranha Bar, named after the live Amazonian piranha display located at the restaurant’s entrance, introduces an exclusive casual menu ranging from small snacks such as Beef-dripping chips (HK$58) and Fish finger sandwich (HK$68) to market-priced seasonal seafood dishes such as Grilled Carabinero prawn and Half-grilled lobster & chips. Guests will also find traditional British delicacies such as the Welsh rarebit, renamed Hong Kong rarebit (HK$88).
