Tastings Group, led by Executive Mixologist Antonio Lai, announces new fall creations across four of its award-winning venues: Quinary, The Envoy, Ori-gin and VEA Lounge.
The head Bartender of Quinary (ranked #15 on Asia’s best Bars and #40 on World’s 50 Best Bars), Samuel Kwok, draws inspiration from the “Seven necessities to begin a day” in Chinese culture to create a new seasonal menu, which includes Gum Zhum（金針）(HK$140) and Yuk Bing Su（玉冰燒）(HK$130).
The Envoy, led by Head Bartender Hungie Fong, transforms a section of its menu to a festive and enchanting garden soiree full of wintery and earthy floral surprises. Some highlights include the elegant Crystal Osmanthus (HK $128), Mori-Mori (HK $138), and A Little Bitter (HK$138).
Led by Executive Mixologist, Antonio Lai, and Head Barman Edward Chung, Ori-gin takes a trip down memory lane. Some seasonal features include Old Bones (HK$128), After School; After 8 (HK $128), and an old-school classic My Milkshake (HK $128).
VEA Lounge, led by Antonio Lai, has opted for a theme that resonates strongly with their philosophy – “Classic Reimagined”. Their creations introduce an evolution of times creations, reimaged with seasonal products. The beautiful cocktails include Sesame & Sand (HK $128), Peach Shortbread (HK $128), and Burnt Butter (HK $138).
