• La Rambla launches a brand new brunch experiences that highlights premium Spanish products and authentic Spanish recipes with a modern twist. Every Sunday, brunch is followed by an epic after party, complete with a live DJ on the open-air terrace

    La Rambla introduces a new brunch experience by Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo. Sunday En La Boqueria brunch is priced at HK$550+10% per guest, offering a vast array of tapas, meats and seafood offerings.

    The brunch offers a wide selection of Spanish foods including: LA BARRA (“The Bar”) where guests can indulge on a spread of the finest cuts of jamón ibérico, cured meats, Spanish cheeses and various types of anchovies, along with Catalan versions of ensaladas, coques and tostadas, HUEVOS HUEVOS!! (“Eggs Station”), where fresh Japanese eggs are cooked a la minute, TAPAS, featuring some of La Rambla’s most beloved classics, JOSPER GRILLED – everything cooked over charcoal, PAELLAS made to order, and of course, ALGO DULCE (“Something Sweet”) to end.

    For an additional HK$350 per person, guests can enjoy a free-flow of Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé, Agusti Torello Mata Brut Reserva Cava, and other selections of red and white wines. For the ultimate Sunday boozy brunch package, guests can enjoy unlimited Krug Grande Cuvée NV, Belvedere, Grey Goose, and more for an additional HK$1,300 per person. On 21-22 April only, Sunday en La Boqueria brunch will be priced at HK$680+10% per guest, and will feature an additional selection of weekend-exclusive Easter treats.
