On the evening of June 5th, renowned Chef Tomos Parry will showcase his award-winning northern Spanish cuisine from BRAT London, at La Rambla Hong Kong. The exclusive eight-course collaboration menu is priced at HK$1,480+10% per guest, and will feature BRAT signature dishes by Chef Tomos alongside La Rambla by Catalunya’s seasonal creations by Chef Ferran Tadeo.
Tomos Parry kicked off his illustrious career at the age of 25, beginning in the kitchen of iconic Italian restaurant The River Café in London. He then moved to Michelin-starred Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia, before progressing to Head Chef at Climpson’s Arch in Hackney. Tomos went on to open Kitty Fisher’s in Mayfair, and was instrumental in its success. In March of 2018, Tomos opened his first solo venture, BRAT, focusing on seasonal British ingredients and the wood fire cooking techniques of Spain’s Basque region. Just six months after its opening on Redchurch Street in London’s trendy Shoreditch, BRAT was awarded its first coveted Michelin star.
The BRAT X La Rambla tasting menu will be available for a total of twenty-four guests, with twelve spaces at the Chef’s Table and twelve in the main dining area. Additionally, BRAT will offer three full-sized signature dishes on the a la carte menu for diners who wish to experience a heartier taste of the critically acclaimed London restaurant.
