• Executive chef Cary Docherty creates a new roast menu available all day on Sundays

    One of the long-standing quintessential British culinary traditions at Gough’s on Gough, the new executive chef, Cary Docherty of ex-Little Social fame, has curated a new roast menu featuring stunning cuts of British meat. 

    The incredible experience begins with jet-fresh Prawn Cocktail appetizer, followed by the choice between four mouth-watering options of mains, including the Roast Rib of Hereford Beef, Roast Loin of Dingley Dell Pork, Roast Leg of Lake District Lamb, or Grilled Celeriac Steak for those who wish to opt for a vegetarian main. 

    The Sunday Roast Brunch menu, available only on Sundays is priced at HK$398+10% per person, with an additional free-flow alcohol package option starting from HK$268.
