Dom Pérignon has partnered with award-winning restaurants in Hong Kong to present an exclusive Dom Pérignon P2 2000 x Caviar tasting menu at respective venues
Chef Agustin Balbi of innovative Japanese cuisine, HAKU Hong Kong has crafted a special 8-course seasonal tasting menu with sumptuous dishes that pair harmoniously with the minerality and coherence of Dom Pérignon P2 2000. His famous signature tartare of chutoro and Polmard beef topped with Kristal caviar is a natural pairing for the crisp vintage, as well as new additions such as Koshihikari rice with Japanese egg yolk and caviar.
Chef Atsushi Takahashi, protégé of legendary Japanese chef Hideaki Matsuo of 3-Michelin-starred Kashiwaya Osaka, has likewise prepared a special 11-course Kaiseki Menu, preparing an ode to the pairing using Japan’s best seasonal ingredients. The exclusive caviar menu includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon P2 2000 with a 60g Prunier caviar snack plate, priced at HK$3,680 + 10% per guest.
Chef Philippe Orrico of the 1-Michelin Starred ON Dining will also be showcasing a new creation, “The Caviar Cake” which pairs perfectly with a bottle of Dom Pérignon P2 2000.
Following Phase One of the launch, Phase Two will revolve around the pairing of Dom Pérignon P2 2000 x Truffle featuring esteemed restaurants such as Amber, Rech by Alain Ducasse, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, Belon and more.
