• Chef Vicky Lau of Tate Dining Room will host a special collaboration dinner with Chef Junghyun Park of Atomix NYC on the evenings of May 28 & 29

    Tate Dining Room will host a highly anticipated culinary collaboration between its own chef Vicky Lau and guest chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park of Atomix. The 8-course four-hands dinner menu will be priced at HK$1,980+10% per guest, with the option of wine or cocktail pairing at an additional HK$600.

    The undisputed queen of innovative French-Chinese fine dining in Hong Kong, chef Vicky Lau takes pride in her talent for visual artistry from her previous life as a graphic designer. Her culinary skills and artistic talent earned Tate Dining Room’s first MICHELIN star in 2013, successfully maintaining its star in the years that followed.

    Junghyun Park has been recognized and celebrated for modernizing traditional Korean fare. In 2016, JP and his wife, Ellia opened casual progressive Korean restaurant Atoboy, with a focus on banchan where Korean flavors are presented using French techniques. In May 2018, the couple opened their second brainchild, Atomix, highlighting a refined chef’s table tasting menu and bar program led by Jesse Vida (BlackTail) and Samantha Casuga (Dead Rabbit).
