• Chef-owner Simon Rogan and Executive Chef Oli Marlow bring a taste of Aulis London to Hong Kong

    Aulis Hong Kong, the brainchild of renowned British chef Simon Rogan, will transform into a casual all-day dining venue on Sundays throughout June to host a special pop-up by Aulis London.

    Culinary offerings include Salmon Muffin, created with beetroot and orange-cured salmon, homemade English muffin and whipped horseradish; a refined take on the American soul food Chicken Waffle, done the Aulis way with buttermilk waffle, fried chicken and birch sap butter; Pork Head Crumpet. For those with a sweet tooth, indulge into new dessert creations such as Warm Cherry Cake infused with Earl Grey chocolate and garnished with homegrown marigold; and finally, Pine Doughnuts filled with custard.

    Complement the meal with a selection of beverage offerings including Simon Rogan’s very own Anvil Beer (HK$96 per bottle), a pale ale brewed in the Lake District, freshly made Lemonade (HK$55), Coffee or Tea (HK$55).
