• CHEF JEAN GEORGES VONGERICHTEN RETURNS TO HK ON 22 APRIL

    Located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, Mercato by Jean-Georges is a crowd favorite because of its simple, refined and utterly delicious Italian fare created with market-fresh ingredients. Always an anticipated event, Chef Jean-Georges will return to Hong Kong on 22 April (1 night only) to launch a special one night only Spring Menu.

    What’s more, new to Mercato by Jean-Georges is the new weekend brunch menu, which features a new selection of heartwarming, family-style dishes by Head Chef, Anthony Burd. Served on the weekend and during public holidays, guests can either dine inside amidst the restaurant’s stylish interior or out the picturesque terrace. Fan favourites such as the Cinnamon Sticky Buns with Cream Cheese Frosting (HKD$98) and the Smoked Salmon Pizza (HKD$228) are available to help you kick-start your weekend. Besides the new brunch menu, new dishes from the a la carte menu will also be served during brunch. 

    Complete the (bubbly) experience by adding HKD$198 for two hours of free-flow Bel Star Prosecco or HKD$258 for Champagne Mumm. Discerning guests can also lift their weekend spirits with newly added cocktails like the Mercato Negroni (HKD$108) or the Cucumber Martini (HKD$148).
