This season, some of the new dishes on Aulis’ menu includes a sumptuous Mushroom Wholemeal homemade bread with miso glaze, an emulsion of fresh Hong Kong Pea, Fermented Watermelon, Beetroot with smoked eel, and dessert of Earl Grey, Chocolate and Cherry Cake. Newly available on both Aulis and Roganic tasting menus include seasonal specials such as Oyster with cauliflower and pike perch roe, and a dessert of Tunworth Cheese with cranberry and hazelnut.
At Aulis, the 10-course creative chef’s table menu (serves up to 15 course servings) is priced at HK$1,480 per guest, with an additional HK$680 for the wine pairing. There is also an option for a juice & tea pairing, priced at an additional HK$380.
At Roganic, indulge in the 10-course Roganic Full Tasting Menu (HK$980) or the 8-course Roganic Short Tasting Menu (HK $680), both with the option of wine pairings at an additional HK$580 or juice & tea pairing at an extra HK$280. The Roganic 333 (HK$280) lunch menu highlights an appetiser and three courses of signature dishes.
