Mains that you can easily prepare at home include Coda di Rospo (HK$158), a fresh Italian monkfish, which can be heated in the oven for 3 minutes at low temperature before serving. The accompanying sauce should be microwaved for 45 seconds at medium temperature. Tagliatelle ai Ricci di Mare (HK$198) is Castellana’s crowd-favourite sea urchin pasta, which is prepared at home by heating the tagliatelle in a pan with a spoon of salty water and sauce for 2 minutes. After serving the pasta in a plate, add the sea urchin on top to finish. For meat that slides off the bone, opt for La Porca Costina (HK$188) glazed Iberico pork ribs. Heat the ribs at 180 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes, then pour the cold BBQ sauce and peanuts on top.
Enjoy a fresh and fruity dessert of Pesca Ripiena (HK$118) featuring Italian white peach, chocolate and almond.
