From early April onwards, city dwellers and travelers from around the world will find themselves following the aroma of sizzling patties being prepared at the new Beef & Liberty at Terminal 1. Comfortably seating up to 120 travelers, the new restaurant will offer all the usual signature dishes that guests have come to love, including the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Notorious P.I.G. In addition, the new Beef & Liberty will offer new dishes that have been inspired by the vibrant local culinary culture. Exclusive to the airport outlet, dishes such as the Hong Kong Milk Tea Crème Brulée and Macaroni Cheese breakfast sandwich are renditions of traditional local breakfast delights.
