    27 March, 2019 – Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants All Female Chefs Collaboration Lunch at TATE Dining Room, Hong Kong

    To celebrate the power of Female Chefs in Asia, this year, 1-Michelin-Star TATE Dining Room will host a special collaboration lunch. Asia’s Best Female Chef 2015 Chef Vicky Lau will cook alongside other past awardees and female powerhouses in the industry, including Chef Bee Satongun of PASTE Bangkok, Chef Margarita Fores of Manila and Chef Natsuko Shoji. Together, the four chefs will prepare a special 4-course lunch on the day. This event is by invitation only.
