    Michelin guide Hong Kong Macau has announced a unique four-hands culinary collaboration between two distinguished chefs to kick off its annual Dining Series’ International Chef Showcase. The first of its kind in the history of International Chef Showcases, the new “four-hands” format brings fresh and exciting perspectives to the menu with dishes from Michelin-starred restaurants from around the globe.

    From 7 – 10 March, representing VEA Restaurant & Lounge (1*) and Jade Dragon (2*), Executive Chef Vicky Cheng and Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung will work together in creative harmony to present a special 4-course lunch and a 8-course dinner for discerning guests, paired with excellent wines handpicked by Robert Parker Wine Advocate.
