• A brand new Sunday Brunch at ON Dining

    1-Michelin-Starred ON Dining unveils The French Roast, a brand new Sunday Brunch menu that presents an extraordinary rendition of the classic Sunday roast tradition. 

    Chef Philippe Orrico has transformed the brunch format into a delightfully and unabashedly French affair. Start with mouth-watering appetisers to share amongst the table, including Fresh Oysters, Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, Truffled Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Prawns Persillade and more. Choose one from a whole range of roasted carving meats and fish for your main, including Whole Yellow Chicken, Grilled Lamb Cutlets, Smoked “Black” Wagyu Flap (+ HK$80), Whole Atlantic Sole (+ HK$60), Black Cod Teriyaki, and more. A pasta option of Squid Ink Linguini is also available. 

    Dessert is a buffet of ON Dining’s favourite sweets selections, including seasonal fruits, chocolate, candies and its renowned Cheese selection. During Sunday Brunch, guests will be treated to a special Happy Hour price of HK$50 per drink for a selection of cocktails, wines, beer and Bloody Mary’s.

    Sunday Brunch is priced at HK$428 + 10% per guest, and advance booking is recommended.
