On 26 October, nine of Hong Kong’s top chefs will unite to #CookForSyria in a charity feast that is sure to impress and make its mark. Hosted by Beef & Liberty, the charity banquet will seek to raise funds for the impactful UNICEF Hong Kong’s Syria Crisis Appeal for Children. For one night only, volunteering chefs Gregoire Michaud (Bread Elements), Uwe Opocensky (Beef & Liberty and Restaurant), Peggy Chan (Grassroots Pantry), Nathan Green (Rhoda), Nicholas Chew (Serge et le Phoque), David Lai (Neighbourhood), Agustin Balbi (Haku), Jim Lofdahl (Frantzen’s Kitchen) and Nicolas Boutin (Epure) will proudly contribute to the cause by crafting eight dishes that boast a Syrian twist. Tickets will be priced at HK$1200 per person and will include a delightful spread of mouthwatering Syrian inspired cuisine.
